Do not to allow the Treasury and the Executive to get away with anonymous bills and loans, Mudavadi to MPs

The Leader of Amani National Congress Musalia Mudavadi has pleaded with the Members of Parliament to be more careful once the government releases the statement of accounts on how they intend to spend this years budget and money.

In his speech, Mudavadi insisted that the MPs should not let the Budget committee go Scott free with ghost budget which will in the future lead to corruption scandals.

“Do not to allow the Treasury and the Executive to get away with many hidden bills and loans in this year’s budget statement.”

In addition Mudavadi insisted on the billions that have been stolen in various department due to ignorant hence no development.

His remarks are attributed following the major corruption scandals that have recently been discovered including the National Youth Services where they have lost billions of money, the recent dam scandal which has seen Ksh 21 billion lost money meant to construct the Arror and Kimwarer dam in Elgeyo Marakwet.
