Sūsū was one of the greatest evangelists I have known. She’d travel far and wide telling people about Jesus.

She never learned how to read, or write, but she knew her Bible by heart. She in turn raised and Evangelist, who raised me. We owe her this powerful lineage of grace.I will miss this smile, and sparkling eyes. I will miss her voice, the warmth of her hands…

Koma nesa sūsū wakwa. You fought the good fight. You finished the race. Now rest, our beloved. Till we meet at the feet of Jesus, whom you gave your entire life.”

She had previously announced the sad news after her grandma passed on. She tweeted; “People I love seem to find their angel wings in April. Koma nesa sûsû wakwa. 15.04.2019.”

As she said, April is a sad month for her. She lost her dad in April 2017 after a long illness and the singer has been celebrating his anniversary every year with heartfelt messages.
