DP Ruto has described Vicky Chebet Kones was a vivacious, charitable and affectionate young lady.
She also added that Chebet was trustworthy, reliable and did not shy away from making hard decisions.
DP Ruto has stated that the thoughts of the nation are with the family of MP Beatrice Kone during this hard times.
