Hii SGR ni ya nguvu…inaenda kupita chini ya maji!

At Kisumu on Saturday, Mr. Odinga revealed his intentions to travel with Uhuru to Beijing where they are expected to secure Sh368 billion for funding of SGR project from Naivasha to Kisumu.

The Nairobi to Naivasha section (Phase 2A), already under construction, will treat SGR passengers to an unforgettable ride.

The train will cruise through the Great Rift Valley, snaking its way through four tunnels and nine bridges, one 58 meters high.

Phase 2B of the mega Jubilee government project will end up in Kisumu city where a magnificent SGR station will be constructed

Just forget the Nairobi-Mombasa section of the SGR! While the 472-kilometer stretch offers a breathtaking ride and scenes, it will melt in comparison to the hair-raising landscapes that await you on the Nairobi – Naivasha section.

Construction of the 120KM section, commonly known as Phase 2A, is already on course.

Despite backlash from a section of social media users, Raila Odinga’s impending trip to China with President Uhuru Kenyatta, he has already boarded the development plane.

Kenyans have admitted being thrilled by this SGR that will be connected Chini ya Maji between Kisumu and the Promised Island.
