Police are investigating an incident where a 15-year-old was shot by soldiers over suspected stone-throwing.
The boy was blindfolded and handcuffed before he was shot in the groin by Israeli soldiers who say their army camp was attacked by a group of stone-throwing youth.
The boy was shot as he attempted to flee from the soldiers who had arrested him.
In the melee that was to later transpire, Palestinian forces are seen to engage in a fierce exchange with their Israeli counterparts over the shooting of the boy.
He was later transferred to Beit Jala near Bethlehem by Palestinian soldiers who demanded to take the boy to hospital.
