Today is Sunday, that day of the week when young and old, rich and richer go to church to give thanks to God. Hallelujah! What if we give you some church humor?

Now, there is that moment when you rehearse the Word of God the whole night, scripture by scripture, verse by verse so that when you stand at the pulpit to preach, you can show the congregation how good you are at memorizing verses. The opportunity finally comes but, mistakes do happen and you might end up misquoting the wrong verse.

Those people who helped you study the Bible and prepare the sermon don’t believe it that you have confidently misquoted a verse. While the congregation is busy looking for the verse, your Bible study partner is like; whaat, sasa hiyo verse tulisoma saa ngapi?.

Then your ‘squad’ is here laughing.. these are the guys who stay at the corner of the church. But they are always with you in moments of trouble and in moments of joy. In fact, they are your members in the fellowship of Bethsaida.

Later, after the sermon, your bible study partner will first ask you to open the verse and when you can’t find it, he will try to help you.

But before your Bible study coordinator helps you, he will ask you to tell him what was in your mind b’coz you seemed confused at the pulpit.

So, your squad can really harass you.

Your bible study leader is one person who wants you to get things right. He knows that the pastor can sermon the whole of Bethsaida fellowship so that he can know which bible verson you people use. He will even pray for you.

So, next time you will make sure to quote the correct verse.

So, the verse you meant is in Matthew 6:33 ‘Seek ye the Kingdom of God first and the rest shall be added. There is no Matthew 6:35 because the last verse is Matthew 6:34

And so, because it is Easter. I hope your day is rolling well. I take this time to remind you that there is no going to work tomorrow๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜œ..

And by the way, Jesus knew that Judas would betray him

But I know some of you are thankful to Judas because were it not for him, this holiday would not be there๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜Š.

And because Jesus has paid all the debts at Calvary, I don’t want anyone calling me to pay them their debts. Beginning with Tala and KCB Mpesa.

Lakini mimi najua yesu amenilipia deni zote

Bye bye guys. Thanks for the love
