Man Utd open up on putting Lukaku on sale this summer

According to the Telegraph, Manchester United are willing to listen to offer for Romelu Lukaku this summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be preparing for a huge summer of change and is willing to sell the Belgian, should the right offer come in.

Lukaku’s agent Federico Pastorello has also been dropping hints that his clients future could be away from Old Trafford.

In a recent interview, Pastorello stated that Lukaku would be interested in knowing a different type of football and culture.

Teams that could possibly be interested in signing Lukaku, according to the Telegraph are Inter Milan, Juventus, Bayern Munich and PSG.

Given his decreased playing time in the last four/five months, it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if Lukaku moved on this summer.

Lukaku joined United from Everton in the summer of 2017. He was their main striker under Jose Mourinho, even when he was playing poorly.

However, when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came in, one of the first big changes he made was dropping Lukaku and starting Marcus Rashford through the middle.

With Solskjaer now permanent boss, Lukaku may well see his United career coming to an end as he probably doesn’t want to play second fiddle at United when he could move to another club and become their main man.

Lukaku has scored 15 and assisted four in 42 games across all competitions this season.
