While different news outlets speculate more about Pogba’s exit to Real Madrid, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still believes that the French mid is happy at Old Trafford.
Though Solskjaer confirms Pogba is Real Madrid target this summer.
This comes amid concerns that the head of the Manchester United star has been shot by Spain.
Reports indicated that a change in the attitude and body language of Pogba was found in the club because he admitted it would be “a dream” to play for European champions under Zinedine Zidane.
This coincided with a charming offensive inspired by the usual elements of the Spanish media loyal to Real, causing Old Trafford to fear becoming the last star of United attracted by the Bernabeu, by a club that previously signed Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham.
United is adamant that Pogba will not be allowed to leave, while there is more than two years left in his contract and a 12-month extension clause.
Solskjaer, who told the press on Friday, insisted that the player was happy too after having praised his performance against Barca midweek.
“There may be a campaign, you never know what’s in it, but in my talks with Paul, he’s always positive.
“I do not see any difference in him when I talk to him. He is focused on performance and he is a proud player. He always does his best.
“He had his best physical performance ever on Wednesday night. He has never run so much under a United shirt. It was great. The efforts and attitude are there, “said Solskjaer.
After scoring eight goals and five assists in his first 10 games under Solskjaer, the French midfielder has not scored goals and has only doubled in the last 10 games.
