Ajax attacker David Neres is being chased by two Premier League sides.
Arsenal and Everton are both interested in a £35m swoop for the Brazilian, while Chelsea and Man Utd are also tracking him.
The Telegraph report talks have taken place with the Gunners and the Toffees over a deal for Neres.
Neres has been in great form for the Dutch club and scored in their Champions League draw against Juventus this week.
