Have you ever seen our Interior CS Fred Matiang’I laughing? Or at least smiling?

I guess not! Kenyans have today been mindblown by a photo of him smiling to the extent of showing his dimples.

Matiangi’s has for so long been known for the discipline and being strict and he always wears the face that shows he means business.

The Interior CS is known for his harsh side  and he would be a vivid description of the no nonsense  African parent.

Earlier today, he had a light moment after Interaction with top Kenyan comedians Eric Omondi and Chipukeezy.

They probably cracked a joke that made him laugh and Kenyans think that our comedians have dry joke? Maybe not.
