Victoria Kimani steps out to celebrate Akothee

Nigeria based Kenyan musician, Victoria Kimani has been trending after she dissed her fellow musician, Tiwa Savage in her ‘Fvckyouchallenge’. Moving away from that, she recognized ‘Baraka’ hitmaker, Akothee for the great work she has been doing in Turkana.

Akothee won Kenyans hearts after she stepped out to help the hunger-stricken Kenyans in Turkana county. She donated food and water to them and even spent some days with them. She was quite a blessing to as she even adopted a Turkana girl who was responsible for her dressing while there.

Her move came after Kenya Government leaders denied the claims that people were dying of hunger. A chief who confirmed that lives were being lost in Turkana also got fired. This made Kenyans so furious and that’s why they were moved by Akothee’s action.

Akothee continues to receive praises as after she left Turkana, she set up a collection point at Wilson airport where she called upon Kenyans to take their donations which would be airlifted to help the hunger-stricken Kenyans.
