Cabinet Secretary, CS for Health Sicily Kariuki has on Monday commissioned the newly appointed board of the Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital Board.
The vibrant board will be led by Prof. Olive Mugenda appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital board.
“I have this afternoon inaugurated the Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital Board in line with the Legal Notice number 4 of 2019.” stated CS Sicily Kariuki.
The hospital will join a pool of other existing facilities like:
- Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.
- The National Spinal Injury and Referral Hospital.
- Kenyatta National Hospital.
- Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital
