The estranged wife to the veteran politician says in a sworn affidavit says this is one of the many reasons their marriage is on the rocks and having serious problems. Mary Kaitany says the senator ‘could not rise to the occasion’ many times, his reasons being that he is either sick or exhausted.
”Linturi was unable to rise to the occasion in the bedroom on several occasions, claiming exhaustion, sickness, but for most of the part he simply could not,” she says
The two lovers have been battling over their marriage and matrimonial property in court with the legislator having been ordered to keep off their Runda home where he had attempted to forcibly evict the former Deputy President William Ruto’s Chief of Staff.
She also says her husband,whom they are embroiled with in a fierce court battle over their property, is a very violent man, who would openly insult and discriminate against her children. The two started a family together with three children each from previous relationships.
