Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal charged with various corruption offences has been slapped with a Ksh100M cash bail or Ksh150M bond.
Justice Ogoti also ordered Gov Lenolkulal to keep away from County Government of Samburu offices until DPP’s application to bar him from accessing the offices for 2 years is determined.
He was arrested after the Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji ordered his prosecution alongside his deputy Julius Leseeto and 11 sitting, ex-chief officers over Sh84 million fuel scam.
