Thomas Meunier has provoked the ire of Paris Saint-Germain fans after liking a post on Instagram celebrating Manchester United’s win over Watford – only a few weeks after losing to the Red Devils in the Champions League.
The Belgian defender has made no secret of his support for United, having followed them since he was a kid, and he was just as excited as every other fan to see how Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got on in his first match as full-time manager.
Despite Watford having a number of chances, goals from Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial in either half were enough to secure all three points as the first match of Solskjaer’s permanent reign started with a 2-1 win.
Meunier clearly enjoyed it too,

But the 27-year-old’s social media activity did not go down well with his own fans, who are still not over the side’s Champions League round of 16
Some fans tweeted Meunier telling him to leave the club, while others hoped that United would take him off their hands in the summer.
