Last year, DP Ruto’s plans to meet retired President Moi hit a dead-end when Gideon Moi foiled the plans and sent the DP back. He claimed Moi was sick and head gone to see his doctor.

According to Itumbi, Gideon blocked Ruto from seeing Moi because he had not booked an appointment prior to his visit.
