Staffs at Harambee Annex building were caught off guard after president Uhuru Kenyatta gave his deputy an impromptu visit at his office.
Kenyans were left speculating as the agenda of the meeting wasn’t available.
Mr Kenyatta’s motorcade was seen outside Mr Ruto’s office on Harambee Avenue.
