Kate Middleton and her best friend Rose Hanbury have a huge ‘beef’. A big that even Prince William has tries to bridge the two islands but it seems that the islands will not allow the bridge to be built.

The royal couple have previously enjoyed double dates with Rose and her husband David Rocksavage who live nearby, close to Sandringham, Norfolk.

The paper claims Kate has told William that Rose, a former model, should be ‘phased out’ as one of their closest friends.

The paper reports the source saying: “They (Kate and Rose) used to be close but that is not the case any more.”

“William wants to play peacemaker so the two couples can remain friends, given they live so close to each other and share many mutual friends.

“But Kate has been clear that she doesn’t want to see them any more and wants William to phase them out, despite their social status.”

Rose, 35, and former film-maker David, who is 58, live just 3.5 miles down the road from Anmer Hall, which was gifted to the Duke and Duchess by the Queen.

The couple have twin boys Alexander, Earl of Rocksavage and Oliver, Lord Cholmondeley, who have been playmates of Prince George, and daughter Lady Iris.

Rose first grabbed headlines when she posed for a picture with Prime Minister Tony Blair in 2005, alongside her socialite sister Marina.

They also attended the royal couple’s wedding eight years ago.

Rose is also a patron of the EACH charity, along with the Duchess of Cambridge.
