It’s yet to be confirmed, but the first images of Barcelona’s rumoured 2019-20 kit have been posted online.

The European champions, who play Manchester United in the quarter-final of the Champions League, will once again retain their classic blue and red colours.

However the Catalans are introducing a massively difference design concept.

The Blaugrana are known for have a striped shirt.

But next season’s offering is said to be a chequered design instead.

Barcelona appear to be copying the look of the Croatian international team’s football shirt.

Meanwhile, Manchester United fans have slammed Barca over their UEFA Champions League ticket decision to charge over £100 for a ticket.

The traveling fans slammed the Spanish champions for the decision to charge £102 per ticket for the Champions League quarter final game at the Nou Camp.

The La Liga side hiked prices to over £100 for the game in Spain on April 16 and United fans have criticised the decision by the Spanish club to cash in on the occassion.

United have been given 4,600 tickets for the second leg of the quarter final and the club have decided to subsidise each ticket by £27 as they deemed the price set by Barcelona as ‘excessive.’

Currently there is no cap on away ticket prices in the Champions League and Europa League, unlike in the Premier League where it is set to £30, and fans have called for it to be introduced to stop situations like this happening in the future.

In other football news, Roma’s reported 2019-20 home kit has also been leaked on social media.

The Giallorossi have jazzed up their usual shirt with funky lightning rods around the collar and sleeves.

As for Inter Milan, they’ve also stayed true to their classic black and blue colour scheme.

However they’ve also employed a new fresh design, in which vertical lines and mixed with diagonal lines to create an interesting look.
