Anfield star Sadio Mane has hilariously responded to a banner which was unveiled by Manchester United fans during a training session with the Senegalese national squad.
In the video the centre-forward, who has been in excellent form scoring 11 goals in his last 11 appearances for Liverpool, can be seen approaching excited Senegal supporters at the side of the training field.
The group of fans gathered are holding up a banner which has a picture of centre-half Kalidou Koulibaly in a Man United shirt and with a message requesting he signs for the Red Devils.
Jurgen Klopp’s man of the moment, Mane does not take kindly to the poster and in comical fashion puts his thumb down repeatedly and can be seen smiling and laughing.
The Napoli defender has been in imperious form in Serie A and there is growing interest from a number of Europe’s top clubs.
After solid displays for Carlo Ancelotti’s side against Liverpool in the Champions League group stage many Reds supporters think the 27-year-old would be solid alongside Virgil van Dijk.
It will be interesting to see where the hot property defender ends up this summer but one thing is for sure, his compatriot Mane does not seem keen on the idea of Koulibaly signing for one of Liverpool’s most fierce rivals.
