Blow to Man United as Pogba names his dream club

Pogba names his dream club

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has termed Real Madrid as “one of the biggest clubs in the world” while admitting playing for the Los Blancos “is a dream for anyone”.

The Frenchman was speaking during a press conference in France ahead of the World Cup champions clash with Moldova on Friday. The former Juventus man was previously linked with a move to Madrid and looked certain to switch during Jose Mourinho’s era after he fell out of favor under the former Manchester United boss. However, since Ole Gunnar Solksjaer took over, the midfielder seems to have settled at Old Trafford.

“Like I’ve always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone. It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world,” said Pogba.

“There is also [Zinedine] Zidane as a coach and it’s a dream for anybody who likes football. For now, I’m at Manchester. We don’t know what the future holds. I’m at Manchester and I’m happy,” he added.

Pogba has netted 14 goals this season in all competition and has helped his side back into top four competition.
