It’s a lie!!Balotelli rubbishes claims he donned Rashford’s shirt to troll PSG

Former Manchester City forward, Mario Balotelli has been fairing on well at is current club, Montepellier where he has been on the score sheet form a number of games.

What has been epic bout him is the way he ha been celebrating goals a thing that has found him on the receiving end during their match against PSG where he is alleged to have donned a Rashford’s jersey to troll them when he scores but that never came by.

Mario Balotelli has hit back at claims he had planned a bizarre tribute to Marcus Rashford in an attempt to troll Paris Saint-Germain at the weekend.

The former Manchester City and Liverpool striker started for Marseille in their crunch Ligue 1 clash against the leaders in Paris.

Going into the game with five goals in his last six games, Balotellie reportedly had a unique celebration planned, with Canal+ journalist Olivier Tallaron claiming he was wearing a t-shirt with Rashford’s name on under his shirt.

The planned tribute was seemingly to mock PSG after Rashford’s late penalty sent them crashing out of the Champions League at the hands of Manchester United .

Yet the controversial striker has rubbished the claims on social media, posting an Instagram story branding the suggestion as “bull****”

“This is a LIE!” he stated.

He also made headlines for an extravagant celebration a couple of weeks ago, being handed a phone and streaming on Instagram Live with his team-mates.

But he failed to get on the scoresheet in Paris, being subbed off after an hour following a red card for goalkeeper Steve Mandanda.

Kylian Mbappe scored the opener for PSG before a Valerie Germain opener, only for an Angel Di Maria brace to seal victory for the table toppers.

The result keeps Marseille fourth in the table.
