Many might think members of the Royal Family like Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have a pretty easy life. But being a duchess isn’t as simple as you think, in fact, there are many things the 37-year-old has to accomplish in her day-to-day life. The mum-of-three balances her royal life with her engagements, as well as dropping the kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte off at school. So what other things make up the Duchess of Cambridge’s routine?
According to Vanity Fair, Kate can fit up to five outfit changes into her day. This includes outfits for royal business, making a school run, visiting a charity, an afternoon tea or formal dinner. She also has to deal with finding some quality time for herself and as well as her three children. Despite having staff and a nanny to look after George, Charlotte and Prince Louis, it is believed Kate prefers to do a lot of tasks herself.
And the Duchess has always been into her fitness as she enjoys activities like running and cycling. A royal insider told Mail Online: “Kate is an exercise junkie. Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously. “The Duchess is reportedly also a fan of CrossFit and yoga, makes time to go for a run most days, enjoys cycling, and does all her workouts without a personal trainer!”
At previous royal functions, she has been pictured playing sport, like football, with children. Just last month, Kate admitted to feeling “broody” while on the second day of her royal tour. Kate was filmed stopping to coo over five-month-old James Barr during a royal walkabout in front of huge crowds in Ballymena this afternoon. She then gushed “oh he’s so diddy” and admitted: “He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel broody.”
