Parliament has on Thursday confirmed that IEBC commissioners will remain in office after it expunged sections of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) report recommending their exit.
Speaker Justin Muturi ruled out the petition as offensive and tantamount to
usurping IEBC powers .
PAC wanted the Wafula Chebukati led commission kicked out of office over a Sh9 billion tenders mess during 2017 general elections.
