Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has received a life time stopper after he took Twitter to disclose details of his engagement with the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) investigators.
The CS had been summoned to record a statement to assist with the probe into the Sh21 billion Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal.
CS Wamalwa was quick to note that he was not interrogated as a culprit, adding that he was not involved with the projects in any way.
