President Uhuru kenyatta’s decision to appoint former Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet as the Cabinet Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism has not gone down well with Kenyans.
Boinnet’s term as IG came to an end on Tuesday, and he was smoothly moved to the cabinet through an executive order on Wednesday.
And now Kenyans are questioning why we have to recycle failures in government.
In the same Executive Order? Hilary Mutyambai was nominated as the Inspector General of Police.
