Little known Hilary Mutyambai is the new Inspector General of Police and will replace Joseph Boinnet, who has been appointed as the CAS in the Ministry of Tourism.
Not very much is known about the man, whose photo was not even available on the Internet until his promotion.
Mutyambai is currently the deputy director of Counter-Terrorism Coordination at National Intelligence Service. According to sources, he is a close friend of DPP Noordin Haji who was his colleague at NIS.
Of course we know how Haji has revolutionized the office of the DPP. Now imagine this man working with DCI and DPP to fight corruption?
