Self Proclaimed General Miguna Miguna has announced Fresh return dates to Kenya in a move that all but confirms that he is set to finally make a return home after almost a year out of the Country exiled.
Miguna has confirmed that he will be arriving back home in April in a date yet to be published.
He has asked all Fearless and Brave patriots interested in accompanying him on the journey to send emails to mm@migunamiguna.com.
It will be remembered that Miguna’s last return to Kenya did not go as planned as he was unlawfully detained at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for Three days, subjected to Physical and Emotional torture and late forcefully deported to Canada.
Miguna would even have his passport confiscated by immigration officials.
Even a Court Order by Justice Chacha Mwita to have Miguna Miguna allowed entry back into the Country and infact be provided with Security for the same seem to have bore no fruits as the relevant authorities are yet to adhere to the said Court orders.
Justice Mwita ordered that Miguna be facilitated with a valid passport and also paid over 7 million shillings in damages.
Interior CS Fred Matiang’i and Principal Secretary for Immigration Gordon Kihalangwa were the defendants in Miguna’s case.
