When the new KCC boss will know his fate in graft & nepotism claims case

As the dams project continues to embroil more officials and dams in the escalating saga that has even shocked the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji with the magnitude of irregularities in the figures and high profiles involved,other graft cases are also gripping culprits hard on the neck.

The Kenya New co-operatives creameries (KCC) boss Nixon Kipkemoi will know his fate on whether to step aside over claims of graft and nepotism next month.

Kipkemoi, Magdalene Muthoka and Samuel Kamindu Ichura who are the Managing Director, Chief Manager Human Resource and Administration and Chief Manager Finance respectively are accused of corruption, discrimination and incompetent conduct in their roles at KCC.

In response, the three managers asked the court to dismiss the suit, saying it was premature as investigations are ongoing.

Judge Onyiego said he will make his ruling on May 8, 2019.
