Committee members of the embattled Ekeza Sacco will continue to stay in office against the wishes of Commissioner of Co-operative Development.
The order was given by Milimani Senior Resident Magistrate Maryanne Murage who temporarily curtailed Commissioner of Co-operative Development from dissolving the management of the troubled Sacco.
The order applies until March 13 when the case will be heard
