Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has reacted to Treasury Henry Rotich DCI appearance following his involvement in the Ksh 21 billion dam scandal.
According to Kabogo, Rotich should be grilled of corruption while out of office.
Kabogo was responding to a tweet by Dennis Onsarigo who wrote,”

To his response the former governor wrote, “He should be grilled while out of office. “

Rotich, who has been at the helm of Finance docket since Uhuru took over power in 2013, is accused of authorising payment of billions of shillings before the contractor commenced construction of the Arror and Kimwarer dams.
Rotich and other government officials have been implicated in the dam scandal together with other high ranking individual for the loss of billions of shillings meant for the dam construction.
