As we’ve had many celebrities welcoming new born babies this year, Kenyan gospel musician Benson Ongachi alias Benachi is counting months and waiting patiently to be called a dad.
The singer, who is based in Atlanta, U.S, expressed his excitement about becoming a dad as he gushed about his wife on Instagram yesterday.
“From the first day I met you, I knew one day you will make me a DAD. And now I’m counting months waiting patiently to be called a DAD .

Benachi’s wife Joan also took to her Insta to share the good news and build some mystery about the unborn child’s gender. However, the photo shows the two lovebirds smooching in front of a pink trumpet tree, a telling sign that it could be a girl.
She wrote: “Pink or Blue? We simply can’t say. We’re so excited for the gift of life that God has blessed us with. Keep us in your prayers. Looking forward to give you a big surprise! “Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. -Psalms 127:3 NKJV.”
The Benachis got married in 2016 at an intimate wedding ceremony attended by close friends and relatives in the U.S.
