The facebook video featured an elated Andrew Gerbitz taking his lover by surprise at the venue of their Zumba class. The athlete initially wanted a low-key ceremony but people could not hold back their excitement and urge to join in on the amazing declaration of love.
Gerbitz kept his proposal short and sweet as he declared he wanted his sweetheart, Ehlers, to be with him till eternity. With a golden ring tucked in his hand, the romantic man went on one knee and popped the magical question. Ehlers who was struggling to come to terms with the surprise stared at her man with balancing tears.
She finally said yes and the two embraced tightly as the crowd cheered on behind them. The lovers who are both athletes have dated for four years and now they cannot wait to spend their whole lives together.
Andrew Gerbitz met the woman of his dreams, Maddie Ehlers, nearly 10 years ago. The wedding is set for 2020 with a honeymoon planned in California or Hawaii.
