The second term for Governor Joho is drawing closer to its end but he is not willing to let go off his ministers.
MCAs threatened to impeach ministers who are accused of not delivering. Transport CS, Tawfiq Balala, Sports CS, Kyalo Munyoki and Lands CS, Edward Nyale are ministers that were impeached.
The MCAs had already collected signatures where 36 out of 39 MCAs had signed.
Governor Joho, however, is not startled at all as he promise to dissolve his government so the members of county assembly can go back to polls.
Whether the Sultan is serious or just a mere threat, only time will tell.
