According to Mwangi, the reshuffling won’t change the state of affairs of the country as far as corruption is concerned. Mwangi, who unsuccessfully contested for the Starehe parliamentary seat during the August 8, 2017, general election as an independent candidate, compared Uhuru’s actions to one applying lipsticks to a corpse.
Uhuru, who travelled to Ethiopia, shortly after sending Echesa packing and has been committed to the big four agenda.
