There is a saying about Kipchumba Murkomen. The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator who is supposedly a lawyer is known for making a lot of noise in public and on social media but keeps quiet in the courts.
Now in early February, after it emerged that Aisha Jumwa and Suleiman Dori would be expelled from ODM. Murkomen advised them to appeal the decision.

One of his followers told him that he had lost the case before it even started. ODM told him that the party does not allow outsiders to mettle with internal matters.
Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa was tricked by Murkomen to appeal; while Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori humbled himself & wrote an apology letter to party SG Edwin Sifuna for going against the party ideologies.

And just like Jumwa has been expelled from ODM. The party did not expel Suleiman Dori, after the Msambweni MP apologized to SG Edwin Sifuna.
