Troubles between Bungoma Governor Wangamati and the political wing MCAs have escalated and yielded MCA Florence Fulano an impeachmet ad relieved of her duties as Majority Leader in Bungoma County Senate and MCA of Maeni Ward.
This followed a petition signed by 26 of the 36 MCAs signed to kick her out and later presented the petition to Speaker Edward Situma who effected the decision of the council. The MCAs threatened to oust the Speaker and complained that he was protecting the executive.
The angry MCAs claim that Ms Fulano abandoned her duties and turned the gun against them by serving the interests of Governor Wangamati whom they have a feud with after two of their own were arrested for inciting traders to boycott County Government projects and the embattled majority leader Fulano has been sighted tight marking the governor in a suspicious mature matter and attending functions with him.
