Uhuru’s cabinet secretaries face possible arrest

After the Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti named the Individuals in the dam scandal noting that some of Uhuru’s cabinet secretaries were involved reports have now emerged that two of the CS’s are at risk of been arrested.

The two are among a number of people DCI Kinoti is investigating for the possible loss of Sh63 billion, which was meant for the construction of Arror and Kamwarer dams in Elgeyo Marakwet county.

According to reports President Kenyatta is said to have asked the DCI to go ahead with the investigations.

In a statement from an anonymous statehouse official, β€œThe President has been consulting. He is very unhappy that some of the people he has trusted to serve Kenyans have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar.”

Rumours also have it that President Kenyatta is planning a major reshuffle in his government

The scandal has seen a number of senior individuals in the government linked including DP Ruto’s aide Ken Osinde who has since been summoned to by the DCI
