For how long can a man fight with his own family?The road seems to be getting worse for a very influential figure’s family as their in-house war keeps spinning out to the public with a nasty view.
It has now emerged that Meru senator Mithika Linturi who has more than headlines in feud with lover Marianne kitany over property and abuse was sued by his son Arnold Kipkurui over a Ksh7.2 million loan he acquired using one of their properties as security.
He named Linturi, Registrar of Lands, Registrar of Companies and the Attorney general as respondents in the case.
Kipkurui filed an affidavit at the Milimani Law Courts to block Linturi from accessing the loan. He alleges that Linturi, through Atticon Company, applied for the loan.
In the affidavit, he further claimed that the loan was a product of fraud and forgery.
In their court documents, Kipkurui alleges he owns the property used as security and that the senator should not have access to it.
