Deputy President William Ruto has indirectly been linked to a corruption scandal of the Ksh 21million dam construction.
According to his director of communication Emmanuel Talam the fight against corruption was being used to fight the DP.
While taking to his twitter account Talam wrote,” It’s time to separate the fight against William Ruto from the fight against corruption. It will save the little resources available @HonAdenDuale@OleItumbi@kipmurkomen”

His sentiment came hours after the DCI George Kinoti named Ruto’s aide Ken Osinde into the dam scandal.
Osinde was named alongside Finance cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and two others.
