Passaris challenges President Uhuru to leave a clean legacy

The Nairobi County women representative Esther Passaris applauded president Uhuru Kenyatta for his effort to fight corruption.

While speaking during an interview in one of the local station Passaris that Kenya had reached the level on Nigeria where they were only known for corruption and drug trafficking.

She further added saying that President Uhuru Kenyatta has to ensure he emerges victorious in the fight against corruption before 2022.

She has now challenged President Uhuru to step up the war on the vice as he ends his term in office.

“I really feel that if the President is looking for a good legacy, he should not look for any other legacy than to firmly and decisively deal with corruption the way Rwanda did in the past,” held Passaris.

“I feel that it is harder to not be corrupt in Kenya than be corrupt. Corruption is the way we think and do things and that ought to change,” regretted Passaris.
