Three people died on the spot after a vehicle purpotedly belonging to Trans-Nzoia County Government knocked down a motorcycle they were riding on.
The motorcycle was ferrying , a woman and her three children along the Kitale-Kachibora road in the county.
In response, irate public members of the public burnt down the Land Cruiser near Kipkeikei market. The vehicle was ferrying police officers.
To scare the public, a police officer shot thrice in the air to no success.
