Was it planned by Prisoners? Or was it an in house deal? Or was it a plot for prisoners to escape? Well, Firefighters on Saturday night battled an inferno at Nairobi West Prison staff quarters.
Officials said no injuries were reported.
Speaking to a local daily, a corporal said the fire, which started at around 10pm, “burned almost all houses”.
The officer said the county administration dispatched two fire engines to contain the fire.
