It seems like Celebrated Media Personality Betty Kyallo was really hurt after her ex- husband got married.
Betty now reveals that she misses being with someone as she talks about plans to settle down soon.
The TV Queen who was recently spotted in Enashipai Resort having a good time with a mysterious man, mentioned that being a single parent tags along lots of responsibilities, doubling up as Dad and Mum, making her look forward to settling down soon.
“I am single parent and as you know parenting comes with a lot of responsibilities. You have to be a dad and a mum at the same time. I miss being with someone and can’t wait to settle down again. In fact my mother keeps on asking when I will wear my next wedding gown. She wants me to bring a man home.
Asked if she considers another big wedding when the time to settle down comes, the K24 anchor says that her perception about a wedding’s have changed, as in her first union, the wedding happened to have over-shadowed the real meaning of marriage.
“Well, well, well, my idea for a wedding and marriage has since changed. Somebody will say that something is wrong with me but I would rather speak my mind out. Then my idea for marriage was about the wedding event. Marriage got blurred by whole wedding thing. The next time this happens, I want to do it differently. I don’t want to be the lab test for others but I think it is good lovers to put all their cards on the table from the very start. See friendship and partnership is different from love and marriage. When all the love cream and all that romance veil fades friendship must remain. That’s is what many couples don’t discover”
