Well these guys decided to device a new way to catch Samburu governor Moses Kasaine unawares.
This time, EACC arrived at the governor’s Karen Home in a 14-seater matatu.
According to an eyewitness, when the detectives arrived at the gate of the governor’s home, they hooted and as soon as the gate was opened by security guards, jumped into action by heading to the main house.
The raid was choreographed in such a way that it happened simultaneously with another one at the governor’s Samburu Home.
