A lot has been said about AU envoy Raila Odinga and his building bridges initiative. There have been rumors that the current Huduma number hullabaloo is just a dress rehearsal for the referendum.
The building bridges initiative was born out of the handshake between Raila and his brother Uhuru Kenyatta. Since then, Raila has hosted several delegations at his Capitol hill office.
And the story was not different when he hosted the Indian Community on Tuesday. A communique on Twitter said that he discussed issues of national importance with them.

But what is this man really planning with all these delegations? Is he setting up a huge campaign vehicle?
