Captured in an over one-minute clip, Mr. Agunda is seen parking and exiting a Prado vehicle next to countless sets of luggage straps.
He then looks around before picking one of the straps and handing it to someone on the passenger seat of the vehicle; presumably Ms. Chepkorir.
Not done with his task, he gets back in the vehicle before exiting again and picking another one and placing it in the back seat before driving away.
The two will be arraigned in court on Monday.
