Police have arrested two officers attached to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after CCTV footage captured the two stealing luggage straps from a heap of luggage at the Airport.
The two, identified as Evans Okola Agunda – who works as an Aircraft Marshaller – and Ms Mercy Chepkorir, an intern, are suspected to be behind the theft of luggage straps belong to the African Freight Services at JKIA.

In the footage shared on social media by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), a suspect, believed to be Mr Agunda, is captured parking a four-wheel Toyota Prado drive car near a heap of cargo.
After disembarking from the car, he carefully scans the area before picking up a luggage strap from the heap.
He then passes it over to someone seated on the passenger seat inside the car.
The person inside the car is believed to be Mercy Chepkorir, an intern at the largest Airport in East and Central Africa.
To be arraigned in court
According to police, the two are currently in their custody, and are set to be arraigned in court Monday,
