CS Fred Matiang’i is a no joke guy. In fact let me correct that, he is a De Facto Prime Minister. Since President Uhuru Kenyatta gave him the keys to the “city” Dr Fred Matiang’i has proved he is the right man for the job.
As a matter of fact Dr. Fred Matiang’i is yet to fail to perform in any of the job which he has been assigned to perform.
Right now he holds the legacy of President Uhuru Kenyatta on his hands.
On the call of his duty Dr Fred Matiang’i has raided the public office which details of the office still remain scanty. CS Matiang’i is seen engaging with the public officials in a heated debate over their determination to serve the people.
He uses harsh words such as “sisi si washenzi” The irritated CS Calls on those public servants to pack and leave the office if they are tired or they are unable to serve the citizens.
