Alexander Gitau, Georgia Achieng, Michel Onchiri, Betty Akinyi, Richard Ramoya and Stephen Maina who are the six suspects in Caroline Mwatha’s case will be detained in an undisclosed location.
The prosecution held that owing to their safety, they will also be held longer than it would have been for a normal case.
The suspects appeared before Makadara Chief Magistrate Heston Nyaga who ruled that they be detained at police stations which only the family members and their defence attorneys will know.
The Police gave a report that Mwatha who had been reported as missing died of a botched abortion, claims that her husband faulted.
Mwatha’s body was found Tuesday afternoon at City Mortuary
